WANT TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?


If you’re not satisfied with your purchase you may initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of the receipt of your order as long as the item is still in its original condition. This means that the item should be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. It’s up to you whether you want to get a store credit, make an exchange for a different product, or get a refund to your original payment method.

. We offer free return shipping worldwide, however we do not refund any potential import duties for non-EU customers. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Kindly note that we do not provide returns or exchanges on custom-made items. Any unauthorized returns will be refused.


You are resposible for the item until it has reached us. Ensure that it arrives at our warehouse within 30 days from the receipt of your order along with your return slip. Get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return, as we will not compensate for items lost in transportation. If for some reason you are unable to return a purchase to us within the specified timeframe, please reach out to us.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. As soon a return has been approved, we initiate the refund or exchange process. Approved returns are typically refunded to your original payment method within 9 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Pack properly! All returned items are inspected. In order to receive a refund, an item must be in its original condition, in the original packaging, and have all tags and labels attached. Please don’t forget to include the original packaging with your return - returns are only accepted when the original packaging is fully intact. We do not provide refunds for damaged or worn items, and we may send the item(s) back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the shipping cost.


We do our utmost to ensure that your goods are in perfect condition when we send them to you. If, despite this, an item is damaged or defective, or if a product delivered does not correspond to your order, please contact us at customerservice@regp9.com immediately upon receipt of your order. We advise you to inspect your order carefully upon reception!
